At SharpPrintershop.com, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly, safely, and affordably as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM (ET) may be processed the next business day.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase, and another email with tracking info once your item ships.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other regional couriers, depending on your location and shipping selection.

Shipping Options May Include:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
  • Overnight / Next-Day Shipping (available in select areas)

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 (within the continental US).
  • Orders under $100 may be subject to a flat-rate shipping fee depending on size, weight, and destination.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.

Delivery Issues & Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues
  • Holidays or peak periods

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we’ll assist right away.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier and do our best to provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Please include photos of damaged packages/items when possible.

Incorrect Addresses

Make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately before the order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to your email. You can also track your order by logging into your SharpPrintershop.com account.
