Returns

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used ink cartridges/toners
  • Special-order or customized items
  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Digital/downloadable goods (if applicable)

We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA). Please do not send items back without authorization, as this may delay processing.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds may be partial in the following cases:

  • Items returned with damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

Exchanges

Need a different model or made a mistake? We're happy to offer exchanges on eligible items within 30 days. Contact us and we’ll assist with the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

We will prioritize your case and send a replacement or issue a full refund if applicable.
